Job Title: Sous Chef

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team and support our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborative Cooking: Work closely with the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and execute a diverse menu that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.
Menu Development: Contribute creative ideas to menu development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients to enhance the overall dining experience.
Kitchen Management: Assist in the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular tastings and inspections to ensure consistency.
Training and Development: Support the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ordering and Inventory: Work with the Head Chef to manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, including food hygiene and sanitation practices.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and menu development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passion for creating exceptional food experiences.
